Rosalin Kuiper is a professional offshore sailor and skipper of Team Holcim-PRB for The Ocean Race Europe 2025. She finished 3rd in The Ocean Race 2023 with Team Malizia, 3rd in The Ocean Race Europe 2021 with Team AkzoNobel, and is European IRC Champion.
Alongside her sailing career, she holds a degree in sports psychology and is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams. Under the GO CIRCULAR mission, she and Team Holcim-PRB combine racing with science, contributing valuable data to ocean research while promoting circularity and sustainability.

"I’m incredibly proud and excited to take part in The Ocean Race Europe for the first time as skipper of Team Holcim-PRB." comments Rosalin. "Our strength is definitely this diversity. Each of the sailors is very committed to the collective success. The race, which comprises five legs, is going to be particularly fast-paced. Without hesitation, I can say that we're sailing with some of the best sailors in the world. Our ambition is clear: we're here to win. That's why we've optimised the boat and built the best possible team, both at sea and ashore."
