Final Coastal Race in Boka Bay, Montenegro

On 20 September, The Ocean Race Europe fleet will take part in a short coastal race in Boka Bay, Montenegro - the final points-scoring opportunity for the teams.

Coverage times:

  • Dock-out: 11:00 - 12:00 pm BST (UK and Portugal) / 12:00 - 13:00 CEST (Rest of Europe)
  • Live race: 13:00 -14:30 BST (UK and Portugal) / 14:00 -15:30 CEST (Rest of Europe)

The new Onboard update show

The Onboard show is a premium documentary-style update show, giving fans access to the sailors behind the scenes, during both stopovers and racing.

New episodes air every Tuesday and Friday

•⁠ ⁠UK and Portugal: 19:00 BST
•⁠ ⁠Rest of Europe: 20:00 CEST (times may vary – check local listings)

If the TV broadcast airs later, streaming will still go live at 20:00 CEST on the planned day.

 

Onboard Live

With the ever-evolving world of technology and broadcasting, The Ocean Race have teamed up with broadcast partners Warner Brothers Discovery to deliver a new and exclusive ‘Onboard’ live update show - using the 360 camera set-up aboard each boat.

At 1700 CEST (1600 BST) for seven days between Monday 8th and Saturday 13th September (excluding Tuesday 9th and Friday 12th) a brand new digital stream on Discovery+ / HBO Max is set to offer fans exclusive behind the scenes access to sailors with live streaming onboard.

Commentary will be available in ENG / FRA / GER

 

Live Arrivals

The timing of arrivals is always fluid, depending on the progress of the fleet. The live streaming of the Boka Bay arrivals will go live 15 minutes before the first boat crosses the finish line. Available on Discovery+ / HBO Max.
