We speak with Rosalin Kuiper about how joining Team Holcim-PRB has allowed her to continue on her path to leading her own team, starting with The Ocean Race Europe.

And we start by talking about her love of the sport:

"I just knew this is really what I want to do. And of course, at the moment, I'm sailing full-time and I feel so happy when I'm on the water and I feel so happy when I can explore new things and when I can push boundaries...

"I feel so alive, I wish to be nowhere else than just here and knowing that we're going sailing again. So, I found what I love."

Then, Rosalin speaks to us about how she is going to take what she learned with Boris, Will and Nico and the gang at Team Malizia and apply it as she builds her own team.

"My aim is to build a happy, well-functioning and international team. And that's the aim for now. And I have plenty of ideas. But what I find most important is to give all the sailors and everyone a chance to be able to sail in our team. Of course, we can't go with 100 people on the boat, but at least I find it important to give everyone the chance. And that's what I'm fighting for as we put this team together."
