* Scoring Gates

Every offshore Leg will include a scoring gate – usually soon after the start.

Scoring gates:

  • Leg 1 Kiel Lighthouse
  • Leg 2 Entry to The Needles Channel
  • Leg 3 Cabo de Palos Longitude
  • Leg 4 Monaco Turning Mark
  • Leg 5 Santo Stefano Latitude

 

Two bonus points will be awarded to the first boat through the scoring gate, with one bonus point awarded to the second boat. The remaining boats will not receive bonus points.
