Here are your top three podium finishers for leg one:

Paprec Arkéa - 3 days 22 hours 02 minutes 14 seconds
1152 UTC / 1252 BST / 1352 CEST Thursday:
And Paprec Arkéa with a strong opening leg in third place, just over five minutes behind Malizia... Not a bad result by any means but they'll be disappointed to drop a point in the last hours of the leg.
1145 UTC / 1245 BST / 1345 CEST Thursday:
A fantastic second place finish for Team Malizia after passing Paprec Arkéa just after sunrise this morning. Six points for Malizia and they will be second place on the leaderboard.
1130 UTC / 1230 BST / 1330 CEST Thursday:
Malizia and Paprec Arkéa are speeding towards the finish line spearated by just a few minutes. Expected finish is around 1245-1300 local time.
1020 UTC / 1120 BST / 1220 CEST Thursday:
With Biotherm making their way in towards Ocean Live Park at Gunwharf Quays, there is a cracking race going on for second place.
Team Malizia made an amazing pass on Paprec Arkéa earlier this morning and hold a slender lead. The wind is easing and the current is also now playing a part. Updated ETAs are:
Team Malizia: Between 12:30 and 13:30 local time on the finish line
Paprec Arkéa: Between 12:40 and 13:40 local time on the finish line
0950 UTC / 1050 BST / 1150 CEST Thursday:
BIOTHERM WIN LEG ONE!! Paul Meilhat's team take the maximum points available on the leg. 2 points from the scoring gate in Kiel, 7 points for the leg win, and will be atop the leaderboard with 9 points.
0915 UTC / 1015 BST / 1115 CEST Thursday:
Biotherm with 5.5 miles to go at 14 knots... expected to finish around 1035 local time.
0830 UTC / 0930 BST / 1030 CEST Thursday:
Big passing move by Team Malizia to round the mark ahead of Paprec Arkéa. The Malizians gybed on a shift and Paprec Arkéa allowed the separation, with the extra manouevres paying off for Malizia. Now we see if they can hold on...
Meanwhile, Biotherm now has a direct line to the finish and look very strong on the final stages of leg one.
0800 UTC / 0900 BST / 1000 CEST Thursday:
Biotherm still in control here, with a big lead and just over an hour to run to the finish line. They have 12 nautical miles to go and are making 10 knots of speed.
Behind, in the battle for second place, things are hotting up with Paprec Arkéa and the chasing Team Malizia splitting away from each other. This could be an opportunity for the chasing German team.
0730 UTC / 0830 BST / 0930 CEST Thursday:
Biotherm has 19 nautical miles to run at a speed of 11 knots... Malizia is still holding off Paprec Arkéa, who are just over one mile behind.
0700 UTC / 0800 BST / 0900 CEST Thursday:
Biotherm has approximately 25 nautical miles to run to the finish and are making 11 knots... about 2 hours to go!
Close racing behind with Malizia closing within a mile of Paprec Arkéa.
0620 UTC / 0720 BST / 0820 CEST Thursday:
Biotherm has approximately 32 miles to go, putting the ETA back to approximately 0930 local time / 0830 UTC.
0530 UTC / 0630 BST / 0730 CEST Thursday:
And just like that, things have slowed down a little, with an ETA updated to closer to 0800 local time / 0700 UTC.
The real match is for second place, with Paprec Arkéa and Team Malizia matching tack for tack, move for move, separated by just a few a couple of miles.
0500 UTC / 0600 BST / 0700 CEST Thursday:
Paul Meilhat's Biotherm remain in control with an updated ETA of near 0730 local time here in Portsmouth - with winds above forecast for most of the night.
0230 UTC / 0330 BST / 0430 CEST Thursday:
The ETA of 0745 local time (0645 UTC) for the leading team - Biotherm - is still accurate based on current conditions.
2130 UTC / 2230 BST / 2330 CEST Wednesday night:
The race course has been extended by approximately 60 nautical miles. The leading boat, Biotherm, has just over 100 miles to run. The weather routing sofware suggests a finish at 0745 local time (BST).
But there is currently more wind than forecast so the finish could be earlier. We will have more updates here.
